DELIVERY

• We work with the PTS Worldwide, DHL, UPS and FedEx for fast delivery.
• The delivery time may vary from 3 days to a week after order dispatched. 
• Our shopping cart will automatically work out a total shipping (inc packaging) cost for most countries after you have entered your full and accurate delivery address.
• We dispatch within 7 working days after your payment has been verified.
• We ship out your orders from Istanbul, Munich or Devon.
• For customized items, shipping time will vary.
• We will call or email you if an item is likely to take longer
• We package your orders nice and tight. We may vacuum or roll some of the products tighter to provide you lower shipping rates.

CAN I GET A SHIPMENT TRACKING

• An order confirmation will be sent to your email following it tracking information once your order has been placed. 

CUSTOMS DUTIES

• We supply customs forms and the receiver of the goods is liable for any import duties, if any; not all countries will charge this. It is payable to the courier company or customs office in the receiver’s country. We have no way of knowing what the duty amount will be. You need to check with your country’s customs authority.
